Biography:

Carbon cycle science - Atmospheric inversion - Data assimilation - Mesoscale modeling - Lagrangian Dispersion modeling

My research aims at building carbon cycle data assimilation systems for Earth sciences in support of climate policies. I am currently a co-investigator on the first research effort to quantify greenhouse gas emissions from urban areas (INFLUX project) in support of mitigation policy over large metropolitan areas. I also studied the impact of natural gas production on methane emissions, North American carbon sinks and sources with the Atmospheric Carbon transport (ACT) - America project, and the monitoring of carbon emissions from space as a member of the NASA Orbiting Carbon Observatory (OCO-2) satellite mission.
