Chad joined the department in 2002 after a multi-year appointment with the University of Oklahoma and the DOE Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) program Southern Great Plains observation field site. He holds an MS degree in meteorology from NC State University.   

Research Interests

Data management, data processing, quality control and data dissemination.
