ABSTRACT
n the conditions of climate change and the growth of technogenic load on the environment in Ukraine, the number and scale of emergency situations are increasing, droughts in particular. The consequence is a catastrophic decrease in the water flow of rivers and the availability of water resources for the economy, social sphere, and ecosystems.
