Job description

Want a career where your work creates immediate impact and your weather forecasting makes a huge difference every day? Because of our work, we help our customers build the lead times they need to complete projects (or games) successfully and safely.  Our highway contractors decide if they should close roads to pour concrete; Major League Baseball decides if they should delay or cancel a game; airports decide if they can keep runways open with their in-house crew, or if they need to call in their snow contractor with massive equipment and personnel; and utilities decide if they should schedule emergency crews depending upon the type of ice storm expected.  Time is money for our clients.  They rely on our forecasting and proactive weather consulting to make the right decisions for not only their businesses, but their customers too with safety at the forefront of all we do.

Weather or Not®, Inc. is expanding and on a mission to find an Operational Meteorologist.  This role will analyze weather conditions by gathering and interpreting data relative to surface, upper air, radar and satellite information in order to prepare and communicate weather forecasts to our clients clearly, accurately and well in advance of a weather threat.
